Office building located in Feuerbach-Stuttgart.

This Project is the result of a Competition in 2020 and reached the 2nd Place after 2 Competition Phases.

17.000 m2 of offices units placed around two main courtyards with generous common terraces and great Landscape design.

The efficiency of the project is based on the flexibility of the sizes of the units and the good connection through 3 main circulation cores.
