Hotel located on Germany's North Sea coast.
The project is located in a listed building complex of the former German Navy. The new complex will include a hotel with 72 apartments, wellness facilities and a restaurant. The total area is 11,000 m².
The interior design proposal is the result of a teamwork with renowned brands such as: Occhio, Rolf Benz, Carl Hansen & Sohn, Reform Copenhagen and Marazzi
